The DICOM converter does not keep any files on the server after finishing conversion and all data transferred online are encrypted using SSL.

It is probably caused by the inapropriate frame rate of the video file.
When the frame rate is not embedded in your DICOM file, the DICOM converter outputs a video of 8 fps.
